1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of markitopk.com and to every order placed with Markito.pk ("we", "us", "our"), including orders placed online, on WhatsApp or at our outlet at LG-27, Techno City 2, Rawalpindi. Our Shipping, Payment, Return & Exchange and Privacy policies are part of these terms.

2. Your information

When you place an order, you agree to give us your complete and correct name, phone number and delivery address. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Product information

• We try to show product images, features and details as accurately as possible
• Slight differences in colour, packaging or accessories may occur, depending on the batch and your screen
• Results from massagers, TENS/EMS machines and other devices may vary from person to person

4. Health and safety

Our products are designed for comfort and everyday relief. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always read and follow the user manual. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, a heart condition, a serious injury or any medical condition, please check with your doctor before use. Keep devices away from children.

5. Prices, offers and stock

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices, offers and stock can change at any time without notice
• If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and inform you
• Discount codes and offers have their own terms and cannot be combined unless stated

6. Orders and acceptance

• Your order is accepted only after it is confirmed by our team, which may include a verification call or WhatsApp message
• We may refuse or cancel any order that looks fake, suspicious or incomplete, or that we are unable to verify
• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock. Any advance payment for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

7. Payment, shipping and returns

Payment, delivery and returns are handled as explained in our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Using our website

When using markitopk.com, you agree not to:

• Place fake orders or use false information
• Copy or reuse our images, videos, text or logo without written permission
• Try to hack, damage or interfere with the website
• Post reviews or comments that are false, abusive or offensive

9. Our content

All content on this website, including the Markito.pk name and logo, product photos, videos and text, belongs to Markito.pk or is used with permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Markito.pk is not responsible for any loss or injury caused by misuse of a product, by not following the user manual, or by events beyond our control. Our total responsibility for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
