Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the courier rider in cash when your parcel arrives
• Advance payment: bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, available on request through WhatsApp

2. Prices and charges

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping is free all over Pakistan, so the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. There are no hidden or extra delivery charges.

3. Cash on Delivery

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the rider when you receive your parcel. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery quick and easy.

4. Advance payment

1. Place your order and message us on WhatsApp at 0344 1324982 with your order number
2. Our team will share our official bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account details
3. Send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp
4. Your order is processed once the payment is verified

5. Order verification

Please provide your complete and correct name, phone number and delivery address. Our team may call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order. Fake, incomplete or unverified orders may be cancelled.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, as explained in our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Stay safe from fraud

• Only send advance payments to account details shared from our official WhatsApp number 0344 1324982
• We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP, password or bank login
• If anyone contacts you asking for payment in our name, please confirm with us first
